Onboarding & Ordering Guide

Everything you need to register, verify, and start ordering

This guide walks you through the full onboarding and ordering process, from initial application to your first delivery. The Active Pharm serves licensed healthcare providers and clinical facilities only. An active NPI and medical license are required for all orders.

01Apply for Access

To begin, register your clinic or telehealth practice through our online application. You will need:

  • An active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
  • A valid medical license
  • Clinic or practice details, including billing and shipping addresses

Start your application here →

02Verify & Approve

Our compliance team reviews your credentials and issues a secure acceptance email within 24–48 hours. During this review, we verify your NPI, medical license, and practice details to ensure all requirements are met.

Once approved, you will receive login credentials for the provider store, where you can browse the full catalog and place orders.

03Browse the Catalog

After approval, you gain full access to the provider store, including:

  • GLP-1s: Tirzepatide and Semaglutide
  • Single-agent peptides: Sermorelin, NAD+, Tesamorelin, PT-141, and a growing catalog
  • Proprietary blends: Nineteen exclusive, physician-formulated multi-peptide blends, each named for an archetype that describes its intended use

All preparations are compounded in licensed 503A pharmacies, third-party verified for potency, sterility, and purity, and shipped ready to use.

04Place an Order

Ordering is handled entirely through the online provider store. The process is designed to be fast and intuitive:

  • Browse, order, and reorder in seconds through the online portal
  • View real-time inventory availability and restock alerts
  • Review transparent, locked-in wholesale pricing before checkout
  • Track shipments with tracking provided on every order
